About the Role
As a Senior Paediatric OT / Clinical Lead, you will combine advanced clinical practice with leadership responsibilities. You will support clinical quality, mentor junior clinicians and therapy assistants, and contribute to the ongoing development of Bee Kids' therapy services.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Delivering high-quality paediatric OT assessments and interventions
* Developing and overseeing therapy programs delivered by AHAs and junior staff
* Providing clinical guidance, mentoring, and supervision
* Supporting onboarding and skill development of new team members
* Contributing to clinical policies, resources, and best-practice frameworks
* Managing a varied caseload aligned with your clinical interests
* Writing high-quality reports and maintaining ethical, evidence-based practice
* Collaborating with families, educators, and multidisciplinary professionals
Caseloads can be tailored to your strengths and interests, including early intervention, sensory integration, emotional regulation, assistive technology, or school-based therapy. Service delivery may include clinic, school or home, based on preferences and client needs.

About You
* Degree in Occupational Therapy
* Minimum 3 years' post-graduate OT experience (paediatrics preferred but not necessary for the right candidate)
* Current AHPRA registration
* Working With Children Check (QLD Blue Card)
* Strong clinical reasoning, leadership, and mentoring skills
* Interest in contributing to service development and clinical excellence
* Passion for paediatric, family-centred practice
