Assistant Fund Manager | Real Estate Funds Management
A growing real estate investment manager is seeking an experienced Assistant Fund Manager to support the management and performance optimisation of a high-quality property portfolio.
This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially minded property professional looking to broaden their exposure across fund management, capital transactions, asset management, investor relations and financing within a highly entrepreneurial and collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities
* Maintain and enhance asset and fund-level financial models, forecasts and scenario analysis.
* Undertake acquisition underwriting, feasibility assessments and transaction support.
* Monitor portfolio and fund performance, including debt facilities and capital management initiatives.
* Assist with budgeting, business planning and strategic asset initiatives.
* Support leasing, repositioning and value-add strategies across the portfolio.
* Prepare Investment Committee papers, investor presentations and reporting materials.
* Conduct market research and analysis to support investment decision-making.
* Assist with capital raising initiatives and investor due diligence processes.
About You
* 5+ years' experience in Australian commercial real estate, funds management, investment, acquisitions or asset management.
* Strong financial modelling and analytical capabilities with advanced Excel skills.
* Retail and Healthcare property experience highly regarded.
* Tertiary qualifications in Property, Finance, Commerce, Economics or a related discipline.
* Strong attention to detail, commercial acumen and stakeholder management skills.
