About the Role:
This is a dynamic position responsible for driving branch growth through leadership, team coaching, and business development.
* Prioritize branch performance by tracking key performance indicators (KPIs), reporting, and creating strategic plans to gain market share.
* Cultivate relationships with the Community Bank board to establish community connections and promote the bank's brand.
* Lead by example, prioritizing customer experience and taking initiative where needed to support the branch's success.

* High-level understanding of lending products, policies, and regulations.
* Knowledge of retail branch operations.
