What You'll Do
* Technical Service & Maintenance: Deliver timely repairs, preventative maintenance, and fault diagnosis on SKIDATA equipment and sites.
* Installation & Commissioning: Install, configure, and commission new access systems across NSW, ensuring compliance with industry standards and company policies.
* Administration: Accurately complete work orders, installation documentation, warranty forms, and parts management in ServiceNow.
* Customer Support: Act as a trusted point of contact for clients, providing technical advice and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
* OHS & Professionalism: Maintain high standards of safety, presentation, and equipment upkeep, while identifying and reporting hazards promptly.
What You Bring
* 2–3 years' experience in a service, maintenance, or installation role.
* Qualification in Electrical, Mechanical, or Advanced Electronics (or working towards one).
* Strong computer literacy and programming skills.
* Solid problem‐solving ability and attention to detail.
* Excellent organisational and communication skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* A customer‐focused mindset and commitment to continuous learning.
