About Us:

Pilbara Motor Group has proudly served the Pilbara region for over 22 years, starting as a small dealership in Port Hedland. Today, we operate 6 locations across the Pilbara, representing leading automotive brands such as Toyota, Nissan, Hyundai, Suzuki, and Isuzu Ute. Our team of over 200 local employees is committed to delivering outstanding service across WA.

Supporting our regional dealerships is our Welshpool-based operation – Perth Motor Bodies – which includes a pre-delivery workshop, fabrication facility, paint shop, and corporate office. You'll be joining a fast-paced and friendly environment that supports large-scale vehicle builds and deliveries.

The Role:

As the Pre-Delivery Costing Clerk/Scheduler, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the smooth scheduling and accurate costing of pre-delivery vehicle work, supporting our workshops and ensuring customer expectations are met.

Key Responsibilities:

* Prepare and process pre-delivery costings and job sheets
* Manage and coordinate the scheduling of pre-delivery work across departments
* Liaise with suppliers and manufacturers to ensure timely parts availability
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date vehicle costing records
* Assist with invoicing, stock control, and other administrative tasks
* Work closely with the sales and workshop teams to ensure seamless operations
* Monitor the status of vehicle deliveries and ensure timelines are met
* Provide timely updates to management regarding vehicle progress
* Support the broader team with additional administrative duties as required

Required Skills, Qualifications & Experience:

* Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
* Previous experience in a similar role (automotive industry preferred)
* Strong communication skills and the ability to liaise with internal and external stakeholders
* Proficient in using MS Office and other administrative software
* Ability to multi-task and manage competing priorities
* Experience with dealer management systems (e.g., Tune/Revolution) is highly advantageous
* A current driver's licence (essential)
