Are you an outgoing, bilingual communicator who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment? Zoom Helicopters is seeking a confident and enthusiastic Mandarin-speaking Guest Experience & Sales Coordinator to join our team at the Great Barrier Reef.
In this unique role, you'll be the friendly face representing Zoom Helicopters onboard our reef partner's vessel — assisting with passenger check-ins, organising pre-booked scenic flights, and promoting our incredible reef flight experiences to new customers onboard.
You'll also be trained in essential helicopter ground operations, including passenger loading and unloading, ensuring smooth and safe flight operations.
What You'll Do:
* Engage with guests onboard the reef vessel, promoting and selling scenic helicopter flights.
* Manage and check in passengers for their flights.
* Coordinate flight manifests and maintain smooth communication with pilots.
* Load/unload passengers and maintain safety standards around the aircraft.
* Refuel helicopters
* Deliver a professional and friendly experience that enhances every guest's day on the reef.
About You:
* Fluent in Mandarin and strong English communication skills (both spoken and written).
* Confident, personable, and comfortable engaging with groups of people.
* Motivated by sales and excellent customer service.
* Well-presented, punctual, and safety-conscious.
* Enjoys working outdoors in a dynamic, tourism-based environment.
