Administrative Officer
Craig Mostyn Group is a leading food and agribusiness that has operated for over 100 years across Australia.
Our operations span Western Australia, Victoria, and Tasmania, producing premium quality pork, beef, lamb, abalone, protein meal, and tallow for both local and international markets.
Position is based at V&V Walsh in Bunbury, one of Western Australia's largest meat processing facilities.

About The Role
We're looking for an Administrative Officer to join our team and provide high-level administrative and operational support to our General Manager and wider leadership team.
This position plays a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of front-of-house operations and acts as the first point of contact for guests, clients, and stakeholders — representing V&V Walsh with professionalism and a commitment to service excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Front of House Operations
Oversee reception and front-office activities, ensuring a professional and welcoming environment.
Greet and assist guests, manage incoming calls, and coordinate correspondence and enquiries.
Support visitors and contractors with sign-in processes via the On-Location system.
Maintain office facilities, meeting rooms, and supplies to a high standard.
Coordinate logistics and catering for meetings, events, and staff functions.
Arrange travel and accommodation bookings for the leadership team.
Handle payments and staff orders using EFTPOS and manage mail and courier services.
Assist with HR and finance administration, including document management and basic reconciliations.
Contribute to projects and operational initiatives as required.
Liaise with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless communication and follow-up.
Executive Support
Provide direct administrative support to the General Manager, including calendar and email management, meeting preparation, and document handling.
Prepare professional correspondence, reports, and presentations.
Reconcile credit card expenses and manage receipts.
Coordinate travel arrangements for the General Manager and visiting stakeholders.
Handle confidential information with discretion and sound judgement.

Exceptional organisational and time management skills with attention to detail.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer service mindset.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Ability to work autonomously and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Discretion, reliability, and a proactive, solution-oriented approach.
