THE ROLE:
We are currently looking for a Facilities Maintenance Manager to oversea and manage our accommodation village and are searching for skilled tradesperson in the building and construction industry. We are seeking applications from experienced candidates to join the team in providing facilities maintenance management for our accommodation village in Nhulunbuy. Additionally, candidates should have project management experience and the ability to manage subcontractors.
Key Responsibilities:
* Facilities maintenance management for our accommodation village
* Assisting in the management of the portfolio assets.
* Overseeing project management tasks and coordinating with subcontractors
* Ensuring all work is performed in accordance with site health, environmental, and community policies, systems, and procedures
FULL TIME:
Roster: Monday to Friday
Location: Must reside in Nhulunbuy and have own accommodation
Accommodation Allowance: Offered to the suitable candidate

POSITION WE ARE SEEKING EXPRESSIONS OF INTEREST FOR TO HAVE AT LEAST ONE OF THE FOLLOWING TRADE:
Electrician
Plumber
Refrigeration Mechanic
Carpenter
TO BE CONSIDERED:
Recognised Trade Qualification or suitably qualified for the applying position
Current Manual Driver's license with reliable transport
Construction White card (essential)
Relevant certifications and licenses applicable to Trade Qualification
Ability to pass a Pre-Employment Function Assessment and Drug and Alcohol Screen
Ability to pass an Australian Police Check
Flexible approach and a positive attitude towards customers
Ensure all work is performed in accordance with site health, environmental, and community policies, systems, and procedures
A team player but also able to work autonomously
