At OFX we are creating a world-class product team that can deliver on the vision and product roadmap that is critical to OFX success. All members of the product team, plus our delivery teams in Technology are clear on their responsibilities, and work together to deliver the OFX roadmap, and continue to invest and build expertise in their craft.

Product at OFX reports to the Chief Marketing and Product Officer, who has accountability for Product, UX, Data and Marketing, so it's an opportunity to genuinely put the customer at the centre of OFX through data, product offering and go-to-market teams.

**Purpose of your role**
- The Digital Channel Product Manager is responsible for the overall vision of the Consumer and Corporate Web and Mobile (iOS & Android) channels, managing this vision to a successful launch
- In close collaboration with technology, work out an approach to how to best service all OFX segments (corporate/consumer/OLS) from a platform perspective
- Identify business opportunities, differentiate to support customer engagement across the Web and Mobile (iOS & Android) platforms

**Key Aspects of the Role**

**Design & deliver the OFX web and mobile strategy**
- Oversee the entire lifecycle of the digital channels, from inception to launch
- Craft a product vision (short to long term) and convert that into a concrete strategy
- Participate in market research, validation, and whitespace analysis to identify new opportunities for new and existing features and functionalities
- Partner with business owners and agile product teams to build product roadmaps that will be incorporated into the broader company product portfolio plan
- Evaluate, analyze, and understand the voice of the customer through a variety of data sources
- Work with key stakeholders, including Ops, Compliance, Risk, Sales, Marketing to ensure the roadmaps are aligned with strategic priorities
- Ensure the appropriate product suitability with consideration for operational, regulatory, communications and financial crime issues

**Roadmap planning and delivery**
- Work with Delivery, IT and operations to plan and execute on the delivery of the 3 year road map Monitor and evaluate product performance to ensure constant product iteration and improvements
- Partner with cross functional teams regularly to ensure alignment on feature development and prioritization
- Partner with IT to manage the roadmap and backlog to ensure that IT delivers all capabilities on time and per expectation
- Work with Regional Teams and other relevant functional Heads to understand their priorities and ensure these are appropriately represented in the product roadmap and product backlog

**Required Experience**
- 5+ years product management experience from development through to launch
- Excellent understanding of Web, iOS and Android capabilities
- Excellent understanding of Agile development methodology
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills including ability to communicate technical details to any level of the business
- Must be a motivated self-starter and enthusiastic
- Ability to write clear, market-driven product requirements
- Strong planning skills and robust attention to detail
- Collaborative style
- Energetic, positive, resilient - with the ability to forge ahead with conviction in an organisation and industry that is undergoing change and disruption
