Key Responsibilities:
* Meet or exceed monthly sales, gross profit, NPS, and aftermarket targets, including finance and insurance opportunities
* Provide exceptional customer service aligned with Customer Compass Principles, from initial contact to post-delivery follow-up
* Accurately manage enquiries, documentation, and compliance while ensuring showroom presentation and product knowledge are always up to date
* Build rapport, encourage feedback, and promote aftersales services to foster long-term relationships and repeat business
* Support team success, attend meetings, share insights, and continuously seek ways to improve customer experience and business processes
About You:
* Must hold a Motor Sales License with a proven background in customer-facing roles and strong selling and customer service skills; experience in team environments is essential, with automotive or retail sales experience desirable
* Available to work Saturdays; fixed weekly RDO and work across sites is a plus
* Demonstrates a customer-first mindset, persuasive sales ability, effective self-management, and a drive for sales performance
