We are seeking experienced Training Advisors to join a well-established mining contractor, working across multiple mine sites on a 2/1 roster. This is an ASAP start and offers hands-on, site-based work supporting diverse mining and civil operations.
The contractor operates under an integrated service model, delivering end-to-end solutions across mining, civil and construction environments. You'll be supporting teams across a broad range of activities including civil works, crushing and screening, bulk haulage, site services and open pit operations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver on-site training, assessment and competency verification
* Support operators across haulage, mobile plant and civil equipment
* Maintain training records and ensure compliance with site and regulatory requirements
* Partner with site leadership to uplift workforce capability
* Travel across multiple sites as required
Must-Have Requirements:
* Certificate IV in Training & Assessment (TAE)
* MC Driver's Licence
* Proven mining industry experience
* Truck and trailer operational experience
* Mobile plant experience
* Available to start ASAP
