Key Responsibilities:
- Analytics & Reporting: Design, build, and maintain dashboards, data models, and scheduled reports using Power BI. Translate business questions into measurement plans and deliver clear, actionable insights.
- Data Engineering & Automation: Integrate, clean, and prepare datasets from multiple internal systems. Manage ETL processes for reliability and speed, and identify opportunities for automation to reduce manual reporting and improve accuracy.
- Stakeholder Partnership: Partner with marketing, communications, and customer teams to refine KPIs, improve campaign measurement, and embed data-informed ways of working.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Approximately 2+ years' experience in data analytics/business insights (internships included). Strong experience with large datasets and BI tools, including Power BI, BigQuery, Advanced Excel, DAX, SQL, and M language. Experience in campaign analytics and digital performance tracking is also beneficial.
