The Opportunity

What you'll do:

* Lead thorough investigations using evidence-based practices and procedural fairness.
* Apply best-practice risk assessment strategies to identify and mitigate threats early.
* Collaborate with experts across legal, security, counselling, and residential services to develop tailored solutions.
* Provide compassionate support and guidance to staff and students during challenging situations.
* Drive awareness and resilience through presentations and resource development.

* A degree in counselling, social work, or a related behavioural field or significant equivalent experience.
