What You'll Be Doing:
* Talking to customers, understanding their needs, and helping them find the perfect vehicle
* Building strong, lasting relationships - before, during, and after the sale
* Reaching and exceeding your sales goals (we'll give you the tools to do it)
* Explaining pricing, finance, and trade-in options in a way that makes sense to each customer
* Following up after delivery to make sure every customer experience is a great one
* Working closely with service, parts, and finance to make the process smooth from start to finish
Who You Are
* Experience in car sales is a big plus—but if you're a quick learner with the right mindset, we'd love to talk
* You're resilient, driven, and hard-working, you don't fold under pressure
* You enjoy connecting with people and take pride in delivering a great experience
* You're coachable, keen to grow, and not afraid of putting in the work
* You bring a positive attitude, a bit of grit, and a team-first approach
