* Previous Functions & Events management leadership experience
* Ability to create revenue generating ideas & events
* Previous experiance working across large functions
* Previous experience with Ivy & Seven Rooms desirable
* Presence on the floor during peak service periods, including late nights and weekend
* Capacity to work in a team environment while leading from the front
* Ensuring policies, procedures, and standards are current, effective, and clearly communicated
* Current RSA & RSG
* RMLV & Approved Manager's license desirable but not necessary
