If you enjoy variety, problem-solving, and working by the water, this role offers more than just a job — it's a lifestyle.ResponsibilitiesRoutine maintenance and servicing of houseboats and BBQ boatsGeneral repairs and upkeep across vessels and marina facilitiesPiloting and docking vessels (training provided if needed)Customer briefings and support during check-in/check-outOn-call duties and occasional call-outs to vessels on hireFollowing maintenance schedules, agendas, and safety scriptsWhat We're Looking ForA practical, can-do attitude and a friendly personality — we work in a holiday environment, so good vibes are essentialAbility to work independently and as part of a close-knit teamBoat licence is a bonus, but not essentialBasic DIY mechanical and handyman skills for maintenance tasksWillingness to learn and adapt — no two days are the same!
