Our Bar & Floor Staff are the backbone of our hospitality operations. They ensure exceptional customer service, manage cash handling, and maintain a clean and safe environment.
Responsibilities:
* Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer complaints in a professional manner.
* Manage cash handling accurately and securely, maintaining high standards of integrity.
* Contribute to a positive team environment by promoting respect, inclusivity, and open communication.
Requirements and Qualifications
* Previous experience in hospitality is preferred but not essential; attitude and teamwork skills are key.
* Positive, professional, and guest-focused approach to service delivery.
* Ability to work nights and weekends with flexible scheduling.
* RSA certification required for liquor management.
