Your Day-to-Day
Your day will start by confirming appointments and welcoming patients with a friendly and approachable presence. You will work closely with our clinicians to schedule follow ups, update patient records, and maintain waitlists in line with clinic guidelines. You are the glue in keeping the clinic running smoothly, providing general administrative support and handling incoming phone calls. With warmth, understanding, and a proactive approach, you’ll problem-solve to meet patient needs, making their experience as seamless and positive as possible.
Responsibilities
- Confirm appointments, welcome patients, and provide a friendly, approachable presence.
- Schedule follow-ups, update patient records, and maintain waitlists in line with clinic guidelines.
- Provide general administrative support and handle incoming phone calls.
- Problem-solve to meet patient needs and maintain smooth clinic operations.
Qualifications & Skills
- Able to organise and prioritise tasks effectively.
- Strong communication skills, approaching every interaction with respect and care.
- Administration experience and confidence with computer systems is highly valued.
