* Utilize public address, paging, and voicemail systems for call routing

* Maintain switchboard directory and perform miscellaneous tasks

* Ensure the front office information board is well presented and up-to-date

Requirements:

* Proficient written and verbal English communication

* Ability to work cohesively within a team

* Focus on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times

* Able to promote positive relations with all guests and patrons

* Good judgment in handling difficult guests

* Understanding and ability to work in a multicultural environment

Qualifications:

* Secondary education or relevant hotel management qualifications

* Minimum 1 year relevant experience, preferably in a four or five-star hotel
