MC Earthmoving is looking for an experienced Dozer Operator who thrives in a fast-paced, challenging, yet rewarding environment. This is your chance to join a tailings dam project in Ballarat, operating a D6T Dozer and working alongside a skilled, safety-first crew.
What You'll Be Doing
* Operating a D6T Dozer with GPS Topcon/Trimble
* Spreading fill to level control and condition
* Holding a floor and trimming to GPS specifications
* Maintaining production in a "go, go, go" environment while meeting safety and quality standards
What We're Looking For
Before applying, please ensure you meet the following requirements they are non-negotiable:
* Ability to pass a National Police Check
* Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and ongoing drug & alcohol testing
* Valid Dozer ticket and White/Red Card
* Local to the Ballarat region – only local applicants will be considered

Position: Dozer Operator
Project: Tailings Dam, Ballarat
Hours: Sunrise to Sundown (6.30am – 6pm approximately)
Roster: 7 days a week available - with higher rates for weekends (option to work Monday- Friday only if preferred)
Start Date: Immediate
