**About our Opportunity**
You will:
- process customer purchase orders including warranty orders and reworks
- book appointments for our site measure team
- provide updates to clients on the progress of jobs
- provide installation dates via sms messaging system
Our Customer Service team pride themselves on the level of service they provide to our customers and we are looking for someone who shares their commitment. We will of course provide you with all the training you will need, and you will always have your experienced colleagues to help support you and develop your knowledge. The team also pride themselves on their ability to enjoy what they do, and regularly enjoy team lunches and morning teas!
This is not a call centre role so there are no shifts or rosters to work - you would just be working our core hours of 8.30 - 5.00, Monday to Friday. We understand that everyone has commitments and lives outside of work, so will always be as flexible as possible.
**About You**
We're looking for a team player with highly developed interpersonal and time management skills, and the ability to work methodically and flexibly in a fast-paced environment. You'll need to be pragmatic in your approach to providing quality customer service, with demonstrated capability in self-motivation, initiative and the ability to prioritise tasks. While previous experience in construction or manufacturing would be useful but not essential, we're really looking to leverage your customer service and administration experience, and your willingness to work as part of a close-knit team.
You will also have:
- competency utilising Microsoft Suite
- ability to quickly gain proficiency with our in-house CRM system (Salesforce)
- data entry skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
- commitment to continuous improvement of the business and personal self-development
