About the Role

The role will provide support to the Finance Broker on a portfolio of clients across a variety of industries which gives a good basis for career development.

Our clients work with us because we provide a holistic approach, ensuring that we work cohesively with the clients, accountants and financial planners.

Key Responsibilities
* Processing and submitting home loan applications once lender submission has been prepared by broker and notes provided.
* Taking ownership of loan applications from submission to settlement.
* Working closely with the mortgage brokers through the loan process.
* Ordering of valuations and submission of pricing requests.
* Post approval and settlement care to clients.
* Preparation of loan documentation or broker to sign up with clients.
* Liaising with lenders to achieve finance approval by assisting the finance broker as they work through approval conditions.
* Supporting clients post‐settlement, conducting interest rate reviews end to end, and dealing with general enquiries regarding their lending.
* Collaborate with the Broker to maintain the trail book, conducting annual reviews and managing product variations.
* Provide general administrative support to the Finance Broker, ensuring smooth day to day operation.
* Maintain effective communication with referral partners, lenders and settlement agents to facilitate the loan application process.
* Screen and handle phone calls, inquiries and meeting requests.
* Assisting with getting brokers accredited with lenders.
What We're Looking For

You will have had some experience in a finance broking support role, and have an understanding of the lending processes, timeline and banking processes.

You will be able to demonstrate through examples, a proven track record in a similar support role.

The ability to write well and communicate proactively and clearly is essential to this role.
