Duties
- Coordinate and manage deliveries
- Ensure a safe work environment
- Safe driving behaviours
- Deliver high level customer service
- Build strong customer bonds
- Safely deliver parts and products to trade customers, including workshops and dealerships
- Actively promote products and marketing activities when delivering
- Assist the team with other tasks such as processing orders, dispatching products, processing credits, and customer enquiries
Note: this role will require lifting, bending, climbing and safe driving / machine operation.
Who we're looking for
- Ability to multitask and prioritise deliveries based on urgency
- Customer service mindset; can build strong customer relationships
- Friendly and knowledgeable
- Comfort working independently
- Physical capacity to perform the duties of the role (including handling products of a heavy nature)
- Conscious of workplace safety always
- Ongoing commitment to safe driving practices
- Hold a current/valid driver's licence (manual preferred)
- Previous customer service experience within a trade/mechanical environment (desirable)
- Available Mon - Fri and adaptable to work other days if requested
