Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Welding Instructor to deliver hands-on, accredited training to adult learners in a correctional setting.
The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a correctional environment.

Key Responsibilities
* Deliver practical and theoretical welding instruction in line with industry standards and safety protocols.
* Support learners to develop technical skills in MIG, TIG, and arc welding, as well as fabrication and workshop safety.
* Assess student progress and maintain accurate training records.
* Create a safe, inclusive, and engaging learning environment that supports diverse learner needs and backgrounds.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Certificate IV in Training & Assessment (TAE40110 / TAE40116 / TAE40122) OR willingness to enrol.
* Relevant Welding qualifications and industry experience.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work effectively in a correctional environment.
