Clinical Operations Manager - Assistive Technology Service
We are looking for a professional clinician with at least five years' experience, including demonstrated leadership capability.
Our Assistive Technology team are a group of Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists and Speech Pathologists with additional skillsets and training in the areas of Postural Support, Complex Assistive Technology, Advanced Technology, Home Modifications and Advanced Communication.
We encourage budding or those with some leadership experience who:
* Brings a geographically diverse team together to achieve a better outcome for their customers.
* Able to understand the business and balance the growth of the business with the management of the team.
* Significant experience in a relevant Allied Health discipline, with experience within a similar role and/or sector (Disabilities) being desirable.
* Have a passion for seeing people reach their potential.
* Experience in and ability to lead, coach, mentor, and motivate the team to achieve individual, team, and divisional goals.
* Understand the administrative responsibilities of a leadership role.
* Can build relationships with internal and external stakeholders well.
* Sound knowledge of Occupational Safety & Health legislation and the ability to assess and manage organisational risk.

Salary Range: $113,933 - $128,328 depending on experience, including Salary Packaging (Up to $18,550)
