One position for either a Diabetes Nurse Educator - (Credentialing) or an experienced Credentialed Diabetes Nurse Educator to join our team.
Diabetes Nurse Educator - (Credentialing) (PN615) NL4
The Diabetes Nurse Educator – (Credentialing) provides expert safe and effective clinical care and effective prevention and awareness education to clients and their families across all Congress clinics within the Congress Clinical Governance framework. The Diabetes Nurse Educator – (Credentialing) undertake relevant activities towards obtaining credentialing with the Australia Diabetes Educators Association (ADEA).
Credentialed Diabetes Nurse Educator (PN605) NL5
Registered or eligible to register with AHPRA as a registered nurse with at least 3 years clinical experience in chronic disease management and/or primary health care and credentialed with the Australian Diabetes Educators Association as diabetes nurse educator.
