We're on the lookout for multiple Claims Management Officers to join our dynamic, high-energy team.
In this role, you will take end-to-end ownership of claims, including lodgement, for cases ranging from straightforward to moderately complex. You'll gain excellent exposure as you build and maintain strong working relationships with our partners to ensure a smooth and seamless claims experience.
Work Hours & Availability
This role operates on an 8-hour shift schedule, between 7:00 AM and 7:00 PM, Monday to Friday. Additionally, weekend availability is required from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM. After the training period, you'll have the opportunity to work from home four days a week.

What You'll Do
Provide an end-to-end claims experience
Triage, manage and recover claim costs
Act as a referral for claim decisions and processing
Provide proactive, timely, quality and efficient claims outcomes
What You'll Bring

Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
Strong communication skills and a customer-centric mindset
Confident communicator with a talent for navigating tough conversations with empathy and fairness
Thrives in fast-paced settings, managing high volumes of requests while staying organized and on task
Proficiency in MS Office
