**Job Title:** Senior Construction Manager
The role of a Senior Construction Manager involves overseeing the construction process of industrial and agricultural projects across Australia and New Zealand. This individual will report directly to the CEO, providing expert advice on construction, compliance, and regulatory matters.
Key responsibilities include:
* Developing and expanding agricultural activities across NSW, VIC, and NZ
* Managing relationships with stakeholders, including processors, customers, WHS, trades, regulatory bodies, and employees
* Overseeing onsite construction management of multiple agricultural developments
* Civil design, electrical design, and water (hydraulic) design and implementation
* Quoting, tendering, and managing numerous sub-contractors
* Leading the Construction Team of Supervisors
* Traveling between regional VIC and NSW
* Providing strategic leadership and direction across multiple projects
