As TransVirtual continues to expand across ANZ and beyond, we are seeking a skilled and proactive Implementation Project Manager based in Sydney to lead onboarding projects for our larger enterprise clients. You'll act as the primary point of contact post-sale—owning the delivery of successful, efficient, and scalable implementations.
This hybrid role is ideal for someone who thrives on complexity, enjoys client-facing problem-solving, and can balance technical understanding with excellent project governance. You'll work closely with Sales, Product, and Integrations teams to translate enterprise customer needs into a seamless onboarding experience.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead implementation projects for our enterprise customers, from kick-off to go-live.
* Collaborate with Sales during handover to capture critical requirements and customer context.
* Facilitate detailed project plans, stakeholder communications, and status updates across multiple projects.
* Drive solution validation, UAT, and client sign-off.
* Coordinate internal resources (e.g., Integrations, Product, Support) to ensure project success.
* Serve as the face of TransVirtual during onboarding—building trust and acting as a strategic advisor.
* Proactively manage risks, timelines, and change requests through structured communication and governance.
* Support process improvement efforts to enhance the onboarding experience and streamline implementation for future enterprise deals.
Experience & Skills:
* The Logistics industry and/or Transport Management software experience.
* Comfortable leading client meetings and navigating ambiguity with confidence and professionalism.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
* 4+ years' experience in a SaaS onboarding, implementation, or customer success role.
* Proven ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder projects for enterprise clients.
* Understanding of SaaS product delivery and technical integrations is a bonus.
