**About the Role**:
The Property Coordinator, Corporate Accommodation reports directly to the Project Manager, Accommodation and is responsible for the day-to-day management of the department's office accommodation, both owned and leased. This includes monitoring and coordination of maintenance, management of complex fit out and works projects, internal relocation of staff between corporate offices and establishment and monitoring of tenancy agreements to ensure compliance in both occupation and financial obligations.
**Qualifications**:
**Desirable**: Appropriate tertiary qualification in Property, Business Administration.

**Special Conditions**:
The successful applicant is required to gain a Department for Human Services (DHS) working with children check (WWCC) prior to being employed which is required to be renewed every five years before expiry. The incumbent will be required to undertake RRHAN -EC (Responding to Risks of Harm, Abuse and Neglect - Education Care) Facilitator Lead (Masterclass) extended course or the online (Fundamentals) course which will be required to be updated every three years.

**Remuneration**:
ASO5 $84,522 - $94,003 per annum (1.0 FTE), plus superannuation
