We are seeking Front Office / Guest Service Agent to join our Friendly team, ready to help deliver a superior guest experience.
About the Role
As a Front Office / Guest Service Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our guests and play a key role in delivering a welcoming, efficient, and professional experience. You'll manage check-ins and check-outs, handle guest inquiries and bookings, and help ensure the smooth operation of the front desk and lobby areas.
This role is ideal for someone with a friendly and positive attitude, strong attention to detail, and a genuine desire to provide outstanding customer service.

Key Responsibilities
* Welcome guests with warmth and professionalism upon arrival and departure.
* Perform check-in and check-out procedures using the property management system (PMS).
* Handle reservations, guest enquiries, and phone/email communications.
* Provide local information, directions, and recommendations to enhance the guest experience.
* Process payments and maintain accurate billing records.
* Assist with administrative tasks and reporting as required.
* Communicate effectively with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure guest needs are met.
* Respond promptly and professionally to guest feedback, concerns, or complaints.
* Uphold Quest brand standards for service, presentation, and professionalism.
What We're Looking For
* Previous experience in a front office, customer service, or hospitality role is preferred, but not essential for an individual with an outstanding attitude.
* Excellent communication skills and a genuine customer-focused approach.
* Confident using computer systems; experience with a PMS (e.g., RMS) is a bonus.
* Ability to remain calm under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
* Strong attention to detail and a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
* Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
* A team player who is punctual, reliable, and professionally presented.
* Legal right to work in Australia.
Job Types: Part-time, Casual
Pay: $33.30 – $66.76 per hour
