Job Description:
Clinical Team Lead position available in a remote Aboriginal community. The successful candidate will provide leadership and management to the multi-disciplinary team working in the primary health care clinic. This includes assessment, planning, review, evaluation, and coordination of service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide high-level advice, leadership, and coordination to ensure an integrated approach to the delivery of comprehensive Primary Health Care across all service delivery points within the service.
* Lead and manage the multi-disciplinary team, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
* Develop and implement policies, procedures, and strategies to improve service delivery and outcomes.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
The successful applicant will have:
* A minimum of 5 years' experience as a Remote Area Nurse.
* Current Registration through AHPRA.
* Knowledge and experience working in an Aboriginal Community-Controlled Health Service.
* Demonstrated ability to provide effective high-level leadership, management, and organisational skills.
