About the Role
As a Key Account Manager you will take ownership of managing and expanding client relationships while driving new business growth across Australia. Acting as a trusted advisor, you will effectively position IC Integrity's engineered composite solutions to meet client needs, ensuring the achievement of sales targets and market growth.
This is a client‑facing role that requires a blend of commercial acumen, excellent relationship‑building skills and general technical understanding to deliver solutions that make a difference.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage and grow relationships with assigned key accounts while driving new client acquisition.
* Deliver on annual sales targets, contributing to IC Integrity's overall growth strategy.
* Develop and execute effective Key Account Management (KAM) plans, including competitor analysis, market insights, cross‑selling opportunities and account strategies.
* Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date opportunity pipelines and client plans using CRM tools (e.g., Pipedrive).
* Conduct regular client review meetings, provide feedback, and ensure a seamless service experience.
* Deliver engaging technical presentations and proposals, demonstrating how IC Integrity's solutions meet client needs.
* Collaborate with technical, engineering and operations teams to ensure successful delivery of services.
* Monitor risks, address challenges, and adapt account approaches in response to competitor activity or changing client strategies.
* Represent IC Integrity professionally at industry events, conferences, and networking forums, contributing to the company's visibility and market intelligence.
* Support the creation and submission of tenders and proposals in collaboration with internal teams.
About You
* Demonstrable sales and negotiation skills, with experience influencing at senior levels.
* Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills.
* Strategic thinking capabilities with a high level of commercial awareness and problem‑solving ability.
* Capacity to quickly understand technical concepts and the ability to clearly communicate the value of engineered composite solutions.
* Self‑motivation, resilience and drive to achieve results.
* Superior planning, time‑management and organisational skills.
* Proficiency in CRM systems (preferably Pipedrive) and modern sales tools.
Requirements
* Proven track record in achieving.
* Experience in technical solution‑based selling, ideally involving composite services or engineering products.
* Familiarity with the entire sales lifecycle, from opportunity identification to close.
* Experience working with CRM systems and IT tools.
* Demonstrable commitment to company values, HSEQ standards and continuous learning.
* Degree‑level education (preferred but not essential).
