**Job Description**
We are seeking an experienced RF Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating satellite earth station operations, including 1.8M up to 9M tracking antennas, RF/microwave electronics, and monitor and control system software.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in RF Communications and experience working with gateway uplink antenna systems, earth stations or running applicable projects or programs. They will also possess excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, as well as project management experience.
This role requires the ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication and leadership skills. The successful candidate will be required to lift 11.3 kg and travel up to 25% of the time.

**Requirements**
* 2 year Associate Degree or equivalent related to RF Communications
* 5+ years experience running gateway uplink antenna systems, earth stations or running applicable projects or programs
* Experience maintaining Satellite or Terrestrial Microwave Earth Stations
* Experience using RF test equipment such as a Spectrum analyzer Signal Generator
* Experience mentoring and leading individuals in the RF space
* Ability to perform 24x7 On-Call support on a rotating basis
* Legally authorized to work in Australia
