About the Role
We’re on the hunt for a driven, commercially savvy store leader to take the reins at our busy Burnside location. This is not your average retail role – you’ll lead a large team, take ownership of store operations, and create an environment where people love to work and shop. You’ll be analysing key reports, making commercial decisions, and building a positive, results-focused culture every day.
Responsibilities
- Manage a large, high-performing team in a fast-paced fashion store.
- Take ownership of operations, reporting & commercial success.
Qualifications
- Proven experience leading teams of 15+ people in a high-volume environment
- Strong operational skills – you know how to run a tight ship
- A natural love of fashion and trends
- Experience coaching, developing, and managing team performance
- Ambition to grow – you’re ready for the next step in your career
- Flexibility to work across a Sunday–Thursday roster
