Your Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional, tailored service to each and every customer
- Build meaningful client relationships and support long-term loyalty
- Work towards individual and team sales targets
- Assist in maintaining immaculate store presentation and visual merchandising
- Stay up to date with product knowledge and new collections
- Support daily store operations including stock handling and point of sale
What We're Looking For:
- Previous retail experience, ideally in fashion, accessories or jewellery
- A polished, professional presentation and warm communication style
- A genuine love for delivering exceptional service and creating memorable experiences
- Confidence in building rapport and identifying customer needs
- A team player who brings energy and a strong work ethic
- Passion for luxury brands and beautiful, design-led product
