About the Role:
As a Warehouse Team Member, you will play a vital role in ensuring the efficient and accurate movement of stock within a fast-paced distribution centre environment. This role is based in a temperature-controlled warehouse, requiring work within Chiller and Freezer environments.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Order selection using voice-picking technology
* Operating picking machinery and warehouse equipment
* Manual handling of products up to 25kg
* Working collaboratively to achieve daily KPI targets
* Adhering to strict safety procedures and maintaining a clean work environment
* Developing new skills and taking on new opportunities within the operation
