Apprentice- HVAC Mechanic
Industry: Commercial HVAC & Refrigeration Position Type: Full-Time Location: Northern NSW
About the Role:
We are seeking Apprentices interested in HVAC &R to join our client's expanding team. This field-based role will focus on providing preventative maintenance, service, and installation solutions across commercial air conditioning and refrigeration systems.
Your primary responsibility will involve performing diagnostic repairs and preventative maintenance---spanning commercial, retail, hotel, and industrial environments. You will collaborate closely with clients and internal teams, including project managers and service coordinators, to ensure exceptional customer service and system reliability.
This role offers a unique opportunity to work with diverse commercial HVAC&R systems while developing your technical expertise in a supportive team environment. You will be supported to develop and achieve strong diagnostic skills and commercial system experience are essential.
What You'll Do:
* Learn preventative maintenance on commercial AC & refrigeration systems
* Develop diagnostic and repair skills across diverse commercial environments
* Gain experience in HVAC&R installations and service support
* Work with commercial, retail, hotel, and industrial clients
* Build expertise with established technicians and supportive team
What You Need:
* Currently enrolled as 3rd-4th year HVAC&R apprentice
* Basic knowledge of commercial air conditioning and refrigeration
* Manual Driver's License
* White Card & ability to obtain Blue Card
* Australian resident or citizen
* Eagerness to learn and grow your technical skills
