Key Responsibilities:
* Welcoming visitors with a friendly smile and positive energy.

* Entering customer details accurately into the system.

* Assisting with event coordination for OSIT Team events.
* Designing eye-catching graphics for events, signage, and invitations.
* Running errands with efficiency.
* Providing reliable support to keep everything running seamlessly.

Requirements:
* A minimum of 5 years' experience as a Receptionist/ Admin.
* Intermediate level of competency in Microsoft Office Suite.
* Experience with high volume of data entry.
* Experience with content management systems.
* Ability to obtain a National Police Clearance.
* Valid Australian or New Zealand Driver's license.
