About the Position
Perform high-quality visits to clients across Sydney, coordinating centre tours and providing support to management when required.
Follow up after tours to gather feedback, assist families through the enrolment process, and participate in business events as needed.
Organise payroll, manage family enrolments, monitor occupancy rates, maintain wait lists, and process enrolment and withdrawal requests efficiently.
Implement effective enrolment processes, ensuring timely completion before family commencement, and lead informative centre tours for interested families.
Essential Skills and Experiences
Demonstrated childcare expertise, excellent communication skills, and strong administrative background.
Prior experience in sales environments, preferably in childcare, with proven achievement of sales Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
