What You'll Be Doing
* Welcoming patients and creating a positive first impression
* Managing appointment bookings and dentist diaries
* Handling phone, email and in-centre enquiries
* Processing payments and private health fund claims
* Supporting general administration and daily clinic operations
* Working closely with the clinical team to ensure a smooth patient journey

About You
* Reception or customer service experience (healthcare experience advantageous but not essential)
* Strong communication and organisational skills
* Confident using computer systems and managing bookings
* Professional, reliable and patient-focused
* A positive, team-first attitude
