Job Description:
* Support residents to participate in leisure and lifestyle activities, aligning with their individual needs and wants.
* Develop, implement, and assess therapeutic plans to enhance resident engagement.
* Collaborate with staff and volunteers to provide high-quality leisure and lifestyle programs.
Requirements:
* Certificate III in Aged Care or Individual Support.
* Experience in aged care or supporting residents with lifestyle and leisure programs.
* Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.
* Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
