Job Description
Be the face of the hotel, the key point of contact for guests arriving and departing the hotel, and liaise with guests to ensure an exceptional level of luxury service is delivered. Create the Magnifique Moments that last!
As a Concierge team member, your passion for the property, and your respect for our guests' belongings will ensure that our guests feel welcome as soon as they arrive.
What you will be doing:
* Engage with our guests on arrival, departure and during their stay through reception and concierge duties
* Receive guest vehicles and luggage and ensure care is taken to move them to their next destination
* Providerecommendations and information about Brisbane and its surrounds to our guests
* Interact with different departments on a daily basis to ensure that our guests have a seamless experience
* Provide exceptional service and product knowledge to proactively upsell hotel products and services.
Qualifications
You will excel in this role if you have:
* A true desire to work, grow and develop in the guest facing operations of a luxury city hotel
* An enthusiastic approach, excellent attention to detail and superior customer service skills
* Strong communication skills, both verbaland written
* Friendly personality paired with professionalismand a high standard of personal presentation
* Physicalstrength with the ability to safely lift and carry heavy items
* Ability to work varied shifts from early mornings to late evenings, including weekends.
