As a seasoned nurse with leadership skills, you will play a vital role in supporting residents' independence as they age.

The Registered Nurse Supervisor (RNS) is responsible for delivering clinical care services, ensuring effective consumer-focused care and service delivery, and providing safe evidence-based care.

* Deliver contemporary timely clinical support and care to improve age-related deterioration in social, mental, and physical capacities.
* Ensure all aspects of residents' clinical care are reviewed and assessed.
* Provide safe evidence-based care through assessing, planning, implementing, delivering, and evaluating care in accordance with scope of practice.

* Leadership and supervision skills.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to assess, plan, implement, deliver, and evaluate care in accordance with scope of practice.
