We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as an Employment Development Consultant.
* This role involves working with clients to build their skills and confidence in job searching and employment readiness.
* You will be responsible for delivering personalized support, conducting assessments, and co-creating Job Plans that reflect clients' goals and strengths.
* Additionally, you will guide Career Action Plans and work alongside clinicians to maintain engagement and provide holistic support.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in a related field such as social work, psychology, or education.
* Proven experience in employment development, career coaching, or a related field.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Able to work independently and as part of a team.
