We are looking for an energetic and organised Property Officer who is wanting to kick start their career in Real Estate.
Key Responsibilities Of This Role
* Scheduling and conducting routine inspections as well as ingoing inspections
* Liaising with tenants to schedule routine inspections
* Working with the Leasing Officer and Property Managers to ensure properties are ready for tenants to move into
* Possession of a Drivers Licence and a Certificate of Registration (required)

Ideally candidate would live within a 30-minute drive from the office located in Bondi Junction.
