Description & Requirements
A leadership role within our frontline operation, leading a team to prioritise safety, service and cost.
* Provide high-level advice and support coordination to assist management staff.
* Drive performance and process improvement initiatives.
* Assist in implementing and monitoring all facets of Diversity and Occupational Health & Safety Policies and Procedures.
* Support with processing and delivery of letters and parcels as needed.
* Counsel and conduct performance conversations.
Strong customer service focus involving direct contact with customers. Interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills and the ability to exercise sound judgment.
