Job Role Overview
This is a full-time contract position with potential for extension until 31 March 2026. As a Project Officer, you will collaborate with staff across Student Engagement and Customer Service to deliver administrative support, advice, and project skills that align with operational and strategic objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute projects or workflows in complex environments with adaptability to shifting priorities.
* Manage multiple technology systems, user testing, and training with high proficiency in Microsoft Office 360 suite products.
* Provide expert advice on project planning, scoping, execution, and monitoring within the Student Engagement and Customer Service department.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills to build operative networks and communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
* Demonstrated experience developing and delivering projects in complex environments with ability to adapt to changing circumstances.
* Advanced problem-solving and strategic thinking abilities to foster collaboration and achieve shared goals.
