As we continue on our exciting growth journey, we have an opportunity for a dynamic Organisational Development Business Partner to develop and implement Organisational Development initiatives to help us deliver our ambitious strategy.
About The Role
The Organisational Development Business Partner works closely with the business to design, develop and implement Organisational Development approaches, tools and initiatives to drive a high-performance culture and engage our staff.
You will shape and deliver an employee value proposition that supports the selection and retention of high performing people who fit Heritage's culture. Your strategic talent development focus will enable us to develop and embed skills frameworks and initiatives that underpin delivery of our strategic goals.
As a passionate change agent, you will partner with the business to grow the capability of our leaders to lead through change and ensure best practice is embedded across the organisation.
About You
We are looking for a talented Organisational Development professional with the following skills, knowledge and experience:
* Leading, designing, developing and embedding innovative organisational development programmes for a range of people in a fast-moving business.
* Sound knowledge and experience using organisational development frameworks and tools.
* Demonstrated ability to lead, coach and develop organisations and staff.
* Ability to design surveys and tools to gather culture and engagement data and to use data to gain insights and to offer solutions.
* Excellent attention to detail and the ability to apply good judgement when making decisions.
* Demonstrate emotional intelligence including the ability to build strong relationships, influence and empower managers through effective interactions.
* Collaborative and engaging approach with stakeholders, both internal and external.
