Administrative Support Specialist
This role involves providing administrative support to a team of professionals responsible for governance, risk and controls advisory services.
Key Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with the team to ensure timely delivery of high-quality client work
* Support workflow management and prioritization
* Schedule meetings, appointments and training sessions
* Generate draft documents using our software and document management systems
* Arrange travel and process expense reimbursements
* Review and format reports for presentation to clients
* Assist with various administrative tasks across the team
Requirements:
* Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
* Excellent communication and organizational skills
* Proficiency in software applications and document management systems
* Basic knowledge of report writing and formatting
* High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education an asset
